THE PROCESS

1) Submit Project Inquiry Form 

Please fill out the form above, it will eliminate the constant back and forth emails regarding the design. This new process will also allow our clients to get their design files back faster! 

2) Submit Verbiage & Images

Once the Project Inquiry Form is submitted, we would need the verbiage and any images that goes onto the design that we're creating for you. DO NOT send any low resolution, blurry or pixelated images, as it will affect the visual outcome of the design. Your image files must be high quality, at least 300dpi minimum and in jpg, tiff, or png format. When sending your verbiage, all text must be typed in document form or within the body of the email. For any text that must be re-typed, will be charged a $40 fee. You can email your materials to booking@alexanderlejo.com, but make sure to include your Project Title in the subject line, it must be the same title as in the Project Inquiry Form.

3) Pay Invoice From Square

Once your inquiry is received, we will create a custom invoice using the details provided in the Project Inquiry Form. The invoice will come from booking@alexanderlejo.com, using Square's invoicing system. When you receive the invoice, make the payment and we will begin working on your design as soon as the next available business day.

4) Wait 5-7 Business Days

After receiving payment and beginning the design process, it takes up to 5-7 business days for completion of the first draft.

When the first draft is completed, you will receive an email with a watermarked preview of the design. If the first draft is not approved, we will make changes and send the second draft within the next available business day. Once it's approved, we will send high resolution files in 300dpi / .jpg format.

FAQ

Info. to Submit

All materials (text, images, logos, information, etc.) are needed before your project can begin. Electronic files may be delivered in the following format: Email, Word Documents, PDF, JPG, GIF, TIF. To ensure that all images are reflected in the sharpest manner, images must be sent in high resolution (minimum 300 dpi). All text supplied must be typed (DOC, TXT, or Email). There will be a $30 fee for text that must be typed by Alexander Le'Jo Media. 

Payment Process

All projects require a non-refundable deposit before the job can begin. NO EXCEPTIONS. Projects less than $500 require a 100% deposit upfront. Projects more than $500 require a 50% deposit prior to starting project. The final 50% must be paid upon completion of the project before we release the approved files and artwork. We accept payments via: Cashapp, Venmo and Square. A 3.9% surcharge will be applied to online invoices. 

 

Revisions

Two rounds of revisions will be allowed for each project. A $30 fee will be added to the total for each additional revision.

Turnaround Time

Graphic Design: 5-7 business days

Logo Design: 7-10 business days

Web Design: 8-12 weeks 

Expedite Service

2-3 Days: $50

1 Day: $100+

Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. A full refund is ONLY available within 24 hours if your project hasn't been started on and payment is cleared.
